Our food pantry assists the community with the basic need of food. Pre-qualification is required. The food is boxed according to the need of the family, keeping food allergies in mind. It is free of charge. Clients are only allowed to apply for assistance once every 4 weeks.
We have made available a thrift store that anyone can afford! Everything is reasonably priced and in extremely good condition. We are open during the same hours as the food pantry (every 2nd and 4th Tuesday from 11a-5p) and we operate on a cash only basis. We're sorry if this causes any inconveniences.
Our GED prep class provides instruction and training to help participants prepare for the GED test. For some, it may mean a chance to pursue a better paying job. This class assists the individual for the test while working full time or taking care of a family. All classes are taught by qualified/certified teachers and are in a classroom setting. These classes are taught according to state standards and requirements and childcare is provided.
